Beforeインストール, please remove the dirt and oxide scale in the pipeline. When installing, please note that the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the flow direction arrow marked on the valve body.

メンテナンスに関する考慮事項
日常点検：漏れ、異音、振動などがないか確認してください。
定期点検：バルブやその他のシステムコンポーネントに漏れ、腐食、詰まりがないか定期的にチェックし、ほこりの維持、清掃、除去、および残留汚れの除去を行います。
分解検査：バルブは定期的に分解およびオーバーホールする必要があります。分解およびオーバーホール中に、部品を再度洗浄し、異物、汚れ、さびの斑点を取り除き、損傷または摩耗したガスケットとパッキンを交換し、シール面を修正する必要があります。オーバーホール後、バルブは再度水圧テストを受ける必要があります。 、認定後に再利用できます。
空気圧検査中に液漏れが見つかった場合
バタフライバルブ、安全が確認されるまで、シリンダーコントロールバルブに手で触れたり近づいたりしないでください。
